1. Data We Collect / Toplanan Veriler
TR: Hesap bilgileri, e-posta adresi, kullanım verileri, yüklenen proje görselleri, üretilen çıktılar, destek talepleri, cihaz/tarayıcı bilgileri ve güvenlik kayıtları işlenebilir.
EN: We may process account information, email address, usage data, uploaded project images, generated outputs, support requests, device/browser data, and security logs.
2. How We Use Data / Verilerin Kullanımı
TR: Veriler hizmeti sunmak, kullanıcı hesabını yönetmek, kredi kullanımını takip etmek, destek sağlamak, güvenliği korumak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için kullanılır.
EN: Data is used to provide the service, manage user accounts, track credit usage, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
3. AI Processing / AI İşleme
TR: Kullanıcı tarafından yüklenen görseller ve promptlar, mimari render veya animasyon üretimi için AI hizmet sağlayıcılarına gönderilebilir.
EN: Images and prompts uploaded by users may be sent to AI service providers to generate architectural renders or animations.
4. Payments / Ödemeler
TR: Ödemeler Dodo Payments tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgileri Nodea AI tarafından saklanmaz. Ödeme sonucu, müşteri kimliği, işlem kimliği, abonelik durumu ve fatura bilgileri hizmeti sunmak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için işlenebilir.
EN: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Card details are not stored by Nodea AI. Payment result, customer ID, transaction ID, subscription status, and billing information may be processed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
5. Sharing / Paylaşım
TR: Veriler hizmet sağlayıcılar, bulut altyapı sağlayıcıları, AI servisleri, destek araçları ve yasal zorunluluk durumunda yetkili kurumlarla paylaşılabilir. Veriler pazarlama amacıyla satılmaz.
EN: Data may be shared with service providers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI services, support tools, and authorities when legally required. Data is not sold for marketing purposes.
6. Retention / Saklama
TR: Veriler hizmetin gerektirdiği süre boyunca veya yasal saklama yükümlülükleri süresince saklanır. Hesap silme talepleri destek e-postası üzerinden iletilebilir.
EN: Data is retained for as long as required to provide the service or meet legal retention obligations. Account deletion requests can be sent via support email.
7. User Rights / Kullanıcı Hakları
TR: Kullanıcılar erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz taleplerini ai@nodeastudio.com.tr adresinden iletebilir.
EN: Users can send access, correction, deletion, and objection requests to ai@nodeastudio.com.tr.
