1. Acceptance / Kabul
TR: Nodea AI hizmetlerini kullanarak bu kullanım şartlarını kabul edersiniz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmamalısınız.

2. Service Description / Hizmet Tanımı
TR: Nodea AI, mimari görselleştirme için self-servis bir SaaS platformudur. Kullanıcılar kendi eskiz, model görüntüsü veya promptlarını kullanarak mimari render ve kısa mimari animasyon oluşturabilir.
EN: Nodea AI is a self-service SaaS platform for architectural visualization. Users can generate architectural renders and short architectural animations from their own sketches, model images, or prompts.
3. User Responsibilities / Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
TR: Kullanıcı doğru hesap bilgisi sağlamalı, hesabının güvenliğini korumalı, yalnızca kullanım hakkına sahip olduğu görselleri yüklemeli ve hizmeti yasal amaçlarla kullanmalıdır.
EN: Users must provide accurate account information, protect account security, upload only images they have the right to use, and use the service only for lawful purposes.
4. Prohibited Use / Yasaklı Kullanım
TR: İnsan yüzü, deepfake, face swap, kişi taklidi, yetişkin içerik, politik kampanya, bahis, kripto/finans ürünü, yasa dışı içerik, spam, telif hakkı ihlali ve üçüncü taraf ürün satışı yasaktır.
EN: Human faces, deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, adult content, political campaigning, gambling, crypto/financial products, illegal content, spam, copyright infringement, and third-party product resale are prohibited.
5. Credits And Billing / Kredi ve Faturalandırma
TR: Krediler platform içinde mimari render ve animasyon üretimi için kullanılan dijital kullanım haklarıdır. Kredi nakit, elektronik para veya menkul kıymet değildir. Ödemeler Dodo Payments tarafından işlenir; kart bilgileri Nodea AI tarafından saklanmaz.
EN: Credits are digital usage rights used inside the platform for architectural render and animation generation. Credits are not cash, e-money, or securities. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; card details are not stored by Nodea AI.
6. Intellectual Property / Fikri Mülkiyet
TR: Kullanıcı yüklediği girdilerden ve ürettiği çıktının kullanımından sorumludur. Kullanıcı, yüklediği görseller için gerekli haklara sahip olduğunu beyan eder.
EN: The user is responsible for uploaded inputs and use of generated outputs. The user represents that they have the necessary rights to the images they upload.
7. Availability / Hizmet Erişilebilirliği
TR: Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Bakım, güncelleme, üçüncü taraf servis kesintileri veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle geçici kesintiler olabilir.
EN: The service is provided as is. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or technical issues.
